Jordan Morton

I am a first year student at The Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine and obtained my BSc from The University of Victoria in 2010. Originally from St. Albert, I moved to Victoria after 2 years at the University of Alberta to live in an area I fast became fond of. While not busy studying to become a Naturopathic Doctor, I love running, practicing and teaching yoga, snowboarding, camping/hiking, hockey, going to concerts, cooking and checking out many of the delicious restaurants around Vancouver.

I am a first year student at The Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine. Originally from Calgary, Alberta I obtained my Bachelor's of Science and Bachelor's of Arts from the University of Calgary in 2012. During my studies at the U of C, I worked at Oxford Learning Centre and I found a passion for teaching and education; especially individualized learning plans. It is this passion that led me towards Naturopathic medicine, as one of our guiding principles is Docere (Doctor as Teacher).

As a new resident of Vancouver, I have adopted (and embraced) my love for nature. In my down time, I love hiking, swimming, and spending time with nature. However, I am a homebody as well, so when I have time I love to immerse myself in books (of all genres), get lost in old classical movies, and calligraphy.
